Waitlist in Appointo
Waitlist is a unique feature in Appointo which helps you sell slots even after they are filled. This helps in case customer cancels and you want to allow more people to join in case
To enable Waitlist please go to Services -> Click on the service -> Advanced -> Enable Waitlist
Once you get a waitlist slot. You can go to that Booking and Approve or Reject the waitlist. The customer will get an email based on what you choose
Currently Appointo does not refund if you reject the waitlist customer. It has to be done manually
