New Mobile App Version (Tons of new features)

We are excited to annonunce you the launch of our new version of the mobile app. It has tons of new features and also a new big release for Team members

1. Team Members can now use the mobile app

Until now only admin could use the mobile app to manage and see their appointments and bookings but from this version team members can also login to the mobile app and manage them. They can get the mobile code from their dashboard and use it in a similar manner that the admin use to login and use the app

2. Bookings Page Revamp

The bookings page has been changed from ground up providing more functionalities like adding note, resheduling booking, changing booking status, editing custom quetsions, addons and customer data. You can also send booking confirmation email right from the mobile app itself. The new UI let’s you quickly do these actions and provide a similar feel of the admin

3. UI/UX Revamp

We have revamped the UI of the app to make it more like admin and the UX has been also changed to make sure it matched with UX of admin so that there is zero learning curve to use the app

4. Appointments Page Revamp

The UI/UX of the appointments page has also been changed to provide the same feel as that of admin with clear instructions

5. Navigation Updated

When you first open the app the bookings page will come up first rather than the appointments page as merchants use the app to manage their bookings more rather than their appointemnts. This small change saves a lot of time for the merchants and helps them manage their bookings faster

Existing mobile users can update the app and use the new version of the app and new users can download the app from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We look forward to your feedback and the experience of using the new mobile app
