Buffer time before and after ALL synced calendar events

the buffer time for appointment booking only applies to bookings made through appointo for my services. I had a doctors apppointment and despite the buffer being in place, a client was able to book a session for the time that my personal appointment finished, requiring me to cancel my appointment
