Our customers can add food to their table booking via Appointon. The workding in the email confirmation is confusing, because it says something about “We’ll let you know when your food is ready for pick up”, regardless of the booking is for. Could we change it to something like this please? How? “Your booking at DeVINO is confirmed.

If you’ve placed a takeaway order, it will be prepared for your selected time and we’ll let you know when is ready for collection.

If you’ve reserved a table, it will be held for you at your chosen time.

If you’ve added food to your booking, it will be freshly prepared and served at your table during your visit.

For aperitivo and events, simply arrive at your booking time and enjoy — everything will be ready for you.
If you’re running late or need to make any changes, please let us know. We’ll hold your table for 10 minutes.
