Klaviyo integration

Hello, we want to send out emails through Klaviyo when someone booked a riding tour or a workshop in the shopify app Appointment Booking Appointo. We already made the integration of Klaviyo and Appointo, but there are no metrics we can use as triggers - is this correct or do we need to do something else to get the metrics? Also, in Klavyio I cannot change anything in the integration - it only says that “this app (appointo) has not been verified by Klaviyo”!
