Reason for conflict on conflicts tab

There needs to be a column on the conflicts tab which identifies why the order / appointment is a conflict.

Right now, there is no context for the conflict showing up. It only shows the order number of the appointment flagged as a conflict, not the order number that it’s conflicting with. There should be a note added or description for the conflict added to make this easier for staff to sort out.

This is also necessary to figure out whether it’s a true conflict or not.

Also there should be a booking log accessible for conflicts as well so we can see when the email conflict notification was sent to the customer and admin.
