We are currently experiencing a problem with our inventory synchronization between our Lightspeed system and our Shopify store. We have ensured that the integration should be linking the inventory levels accurately.
Could you please investigate why the inventory counts might not be reflecting correctly on Shopify? This discrepancy is impacting our stock management and potentially customer orders.
