Why aren't customers receiving confirmation emails?
Appointo allows you to send multiple emails to customers from confirmations to reminders to cancellation. Also we have workflows through which you can send customised emails as well. There could be following reasons why emails are not being sent to the customers
- Check if the Workflows is active and the configuration are correct. This is one of the common reasons for email not being sent
- Is the DNS Verification Done? Most of the times the email server blocks our mails since DNS Verification is required. To complete DNS Verification please go to General Settings -> Notifications -> Email and click on Verify DNS
- Check with your email provider if they are blocking emails from support@appointo.me
If you have done all of the above and still not getting emails. Please contact our support ASAP and they shall be able to help you with the reason and help you solve the issue as well
