Manual Subscription & Booking

With Appointo, your customers do get the ability of purchasing a subscription; and we also support booking a subscription through the admin side of Appointo.

This is very useful if a customer reached out to you and asks you to book a subscription from them from your side.

Note: For Manual Subscription, you would need to create an order in Shopify to charge the customer, since we do not support charging a customer 
through Manual subscription.

Manual subscription - creation:

To create a Manual subscription for a customer, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Head over to Appointo > Bookings > Subscriptions > Click on the 'Manual Subscription' button

Now, select the product/variant for which you want to create the subscription, from the list.

Select the customer, you can select the customer from the list shown, or from search.

Click on the Create Subscription button and you will be good to go.

Manual Booking for a subscription:

You can create a Manual Booking, for a subscription customer, in two ways. We have explained both the ways below:

Head over to Appointo > Bookings > Subscription > Click on the 'Manage' button > Click on 'More Actions' > Manual Booking and you can select the variant and slot and book your customer in.

Or, you can head over to Appointo > Booking > Manual Booking and create a manual booking for the customer. And, later on, you can head over to Appointo > Bookings > Subscription > Click on the 'Manage' button > Click on 'More Actions' > Click on 'Connect Existing Booking' > Select the Booking and you will be good to go.
